In partnership with local Jobs Victoria programs, Jobs Victoria Colac, Whittington Works Alliances, Whitelion and Northern Futures, action research was undertaken with long-term job seekers from Norlane, Corio, Whittington and Colac. The aim of this research was to hear directly from those who have experienced barriers to getting and keeping a job.
