Signatories can get involved in many ways, by supporting the delivery of courses, offering work experience or positions. - Elly Hanlon, General Manager – People, Finance & Administration of Hanlon Industries, demonstrated how a local business can get involved in GROW, through simple actions like using local social enterprises and by choosing to employ inclusively – her key message was every little action will make a difference. - Ken Massari, College Assistant Principal of Student Enrichment and Community Partnerships, Northern Bay P-12 College discussed how GROW signatories can offer work experience for students in VCAL and VET, in partnership with the Geelong Region LLEN’s Structured Workplace Learning Program.
