Ella’s story
Supported by GROW, Ella, now an adult apprentice has broken barriers and forged a pathway through a Certificate II in Construction Management and is a great advertisement for the impact of inclusive recruitment practices.
With her unwavering commitment, and support from GROW she has now commenced work at Hanlon Industries as an apprentice in her chosen field of boilermaking. This life changing employment opportunity sees Ella is thriving in the work environment and loving the chance to learn new skills.
