
Workforce Australia Local Jobs (Barwon), in partnership with GROW an initiative of the Give Where You Live Foundation, invites local businesses across the Geelong region to take part in a series of inclusive employment workshops.
Over four targeted sessions, these expert-facilitated workshops will provide practical tools and real-world guidance on how to:
- Employ and support underrepresented cohorts from diverse backgrounds
- Build fair, equitable, and inclusive workplaces
- Strengthen workforce participation and unlock business benefits
- Contribute to meaningful community impact
Each workshop features a specialised expert panel including inclusive employers, service providers, individuals with lived experience, and key community organisations. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Share experiences and challenges
- Ask questions directly to experts
- Walk away with actionable strategies tailored for local businesses
